Many women struggle with balancing all of life's demands with their own needs & sense of fulfillment. It can feel like you've lost yourself somewhere in the hustle & all the noise. Therapy is a space dedicated solely to you, where you have the time to rediscover your needs & wants, and examine the barriers that are keeping you feeling stuck. Together, we'll make sense of the patterns beneath the stress and overwhelm, so change can feel possible, lasting and true to who you are on the inside.

My approach is relational and interactive, blending compassion with clinical depth, and a deep commitment to helping you heal in ways that feel meaningful, lasting and true to who you really are. I use an attachment based lens, IFS/parts work & EMDR to support trauma processing work, while offering insight, practical strategies & nervous system support.

My specialties include anxiety, burnout, over functioning, relationship stress, postpartum & motherhood challenges & adults with childhood trauma.
