That's why I founded Marriage Basics and Beyond LLC, a practice that helps people transform from the inside out and get their needs met successfully!
Navigating the ups and downs of relationships is not much fun. That's why I use a collaborative approach that includes CBT, IFS, EMDR attachment-focused, Polyvagal, Mindfulness, and a wide range of therapies that are designed to engage, teach, and most importantly heal your relationships and create more intimacy, better communication, and joy.
If you need to be heard, be better understood, or just be acknowledged and appreciated, I'm a trained psychotherapist: goal-oriented and passionate about helping you achieve your goals and keeping love growing strong!
