I have a passion and commitment to assist individuals lead a happier healthier life. My goal is to focus on the overall health and wellness of each person I meet to allow for personal growth and understanding. I have specialized training in areas of anxiety and depression, grief, trauma, crisis intervention, life transitions and work/life stress. I use an open and non-judgemental approach to assist with finding solutions. I am also currently a doctoral student of clinical psychology. I decided to further my education to assist others in a greater capacity.
Throughout my career I have worked in a variety of settings and I have found private practice to be where I am happiest serving others. I am able to focus on the individual as a person and not a number; which I feel is of utmost importance. I use a variety of techniques including mindfulness, CBT, and solution focused therapy.
I feel that when a person is ready to address certain struggles it is important for them to be able to schedule an appointment in a timely fashion and I make first time appointments a priority. I also am offering some Saturday appointments with a direct pay rate. Please leave a message if I am unavailable when you call.
