Starting therapy can feel like a big step, whether you have something specific to work on or just a sense that things feel a little “off.” You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. I’m passionate about helping people rebuild safety, autonomy, and self-trust. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and have extensive experience supporting folks impacted trauma. I enjoy working with children, teens, and young adults around big emotions, relationships, boundaries, and identity, and supporting people through anxiety and major life transitions, including chronic illness diagnoses.
My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are and feel supported, heard, and understood. I’m a trauma-informed therapist who believes that healing happens through connection, curiosity, and compassion. I use traditional talk therapy, but I also incorporate creative and expressive approaches like art and play when it feels helpful.
Whether you’re navigating a difficult experience, exploring relationship patterns, or simply looking for a place to reflect and grow, you do not need to do it alone.
