Hello! I am a warm, engaged and non-judgmental therapist, who often works with perfectionists, empaths/highly sensitive individuals, artists, caring professionals and LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent populations.
Some examples of session topics include processing life stressors, improving healthy dynamics in your relationships (friendships, romantic relationships, as well as work, school, and family), increasing self-advocacy, healthy boundaries and self-esteem, navigating school and work as a neurodivergent person, unlearning shame, and healing from trauma and negative core experiences.
I provide virtual individual therapy for adolescents and adults in my private therapy practice. Over the past 10+ years, I have provided therapeutic support in K-12 schools, universities, psychiatric hospitals, adolescent group homes, 1:1 with individuals with disabilities, behavioral health urgent care centers and outpatient group therapy practices.
