Finding a therapist can be challenging; it took me almost a year to find the person I felt comfortable with enough to be my therapist. I looked through profile after profile, and they all gave me the same basic information; what type of therapy they practiced, where they went to school, and how long they've been working. They had great resumes, but all I wanted to know was who they were as a person. Am I able to trust this person with my deepest secrets? Do we vibe? Do we connect?
My bio is different…. I want you to see who I am as a fellow human being so you can decide if I can be your therapist. This is me; I'm transparent, down to earth, and honest with myself and my clients. I spent 26 years in the Army. I'm a foster/adoptive/bio mom. I’m a thrill seeker and life-long learner.
I like jumping out of airplanes, riding motorcycles, swimming with sharks, attending sporting events, quoting movies, and READ! I enjoy working with individuals and couples of all ages.
