Working together, we will reduce the barriers preventing you from making adjustments necessary for change.
Discussing sensitive issues can be very difficult. I therefore strive to ensure all individuals I meet with are comfortable. Although I specialize in substance abuse, anger management and anxiety, I aim to take a person centered approach allowing the individual to explore concerns/successes as they come up in session.
