Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience. The impact can be felt across the lifespan and within our most important relationships. Through our therapeutic relationship, we will explore relational dynamics and coping styles that contribute to your distress. We will work together to develop new experiences and strategies for adopting a fuller, more authentic life.
I help people deepen their understanding of themselves and grow in their relationships with the people who matter most to them. I believe that relationships are the foundation of health and happiness in all areas of life: physical, emotional, social and spiritual. I offer in person and telehealth traditional talk therapy, as well as, equine-assisted therapy.
Therapy can be expensive and the cost of seeing a licensed therapist is sometimes a barrier to obtaining needed services. As part of my commitment to making low cost services available, I supervise graduate students from George Fox University. They are highly trained and offer therapy services for a cash fee of $50/visit.
