Hello my name is Shatrice (Shuh-TREECE). Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, presenting what may seem like insurmountable challenges. I am a therapist who utilizes Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), TF-CBT, Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brain spotting (BSP), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). This allows me to tailor my approach to meet your unique needs and personal goals.
