I work with tweens and teens who never found the “right fit” for therapy. My clients routinely struggle with anxiety, unresolved trauma or low mood. They have continuing challenges growing up that leaves deep wounds—self-doubt, anxiety, and a constant feeling of not being enough. You may feel anxious in relationships facing strained family attachments, overly responsible for others, or unsure of who you really are. But you don’t have to keep living in that pattern.
With experience working with ages 3+, my expertise is with teens and tweens who are struggling with self harm, anxiety, divorce, attachment and sexual and relational trauma. I regularly see LGBTQIA and nonbinary teens. I am a play therapist who utilizes trauma processing methods with EMDR, mindfulness, somatic experiencing, and art, and play therapy.
With 10 years of working with children, adults and teens, on the reservation and off, I have been present with many who are hurt, are confused and questioning.
