I am a Psychotherapist, Brain Specialist, Psych Rehab Practitioner, Behavioral Analyst and a 10-year Survival Specialist Airforce Veteran who works with all seeking insight, reflection, an exciting life, and exposure of talents undiscovered. I founded Outside the Box Strategies, as a multidimensional practice built on the belief that every person is as unique as a fingerprint or snowflake. My work centers on you learning who you are—your motivations, your raw and honest lived experiences, and convert the view of life from an optical (interpreted view) to an ultraviolet (seeing view).
My therapeutic approach focuses on word associations via neuroscience, mineral and vitamin deficiencies, emotional and physical body insights, extinguishing the pattern of coping with life to actually living life. I listen for the story beneath the story, the motivations beneath the desired outcome, and the strengths hidden beneath the perceived struggle.
I take time to understand how you think, how you process information, and what shaped your current patterns. I intentionally identify your untapped likes and dislikes, physically engage in your strengths, and begin building a personalized library and museum of yourself for you and others to reference with a new addition and attraction every season.
