My practice combines traditional, alternative and contemporary approaches that are rooted in psychodynamic, gestalt, and mindfulness orientations. My approach is humanistic, interactive, and present centered.
I provide a warm, patient, down-to-earth and accepting environment where lasting change can be cultivated. Together we will work towards developing insight and awareness, build on personal strengths and remove blocks and barriers that will lead to personal growth, provide access to more life choices and allow you to live life more fully.
My experience includes working with people to improve their moods, decrease their fears and anxieties and enhance relationships. I also work with people who are struggling with issues around grief, chronic illness, separation/divorce, challenges of parenting, addictions, identity, life transitions, and anger and stress management.
