I offer a safe environment for my clients to express what is causing them a disruption in their peace. My goal is to be as a tour guide on their journey to self-discovery and finding peace and healing. I use a variety of techniques from sand, art, talk therapy, baking, etc. My clients determine the path or topics that they want to discuss and learn coping skills and how to solve their own issues. We look at the client's whole life picture to see the areas that need to be address. I have been a therapist for 18 years and supervise LPC associates. My goal is for you to find your own peace!
