Do you feel alone or stuck? Do you feel like you may be experiencing symptoms of anxiety or depression? Sometimes we reach a point in life when we need to talk to someone to help us process our feelings to help us navigate through life's challenges. Those challenges may be grief, trauma, a difficult relationship or low self esteem. As your therapist, I am here to provide support, a listening ear and my clinical expertise to help you reach your fullest potential. I want to help you grow and develop the coping skills you need to help you manage difficult emotions and overcome barriers so you can achieve the happiness you deserve.
I provide individual, couples, and family therapy at New Way Empowerment Center. I utilize my expertise to help you heal from past trauma, learn yourself, be yourself & reach your goals! Together we can work on identifying and changing unhealthy thought patterns. We also provides FREE support groups, Youth Groups, life coaching, and case management.
I take pride in meeting my clients where they are and developing a plan together that works best for them. I provide a safe, judgement free environment that allows you to be yourself to begin the healing process. Life's a journey but you don't have to go through it alone; a healthier, happier you awaits. Support Groups provide a space for you to share your thoughts, feelings and experiencing while receiving support, empowerment and a sense of community. Are you looking for your youth to participate in a meaningful program that will help with their overall wellbeing? We recognize the need for our youth to have a safe space to discuss their mental health and what they're going through. Our Youth Groups are held weekly for ages 11-17. We discuss and teach on topics such as mental health, healthy coping skills, self esteem, emotional regulation, life skills and character development. Groups involve workshops and interactive activities for youth to have fun and stay engaged. Groups are facilitated by trained Licensed Social Workers and Therapists.
