Utilizing Schema Therapy, I help clients identify Early Maladaptive Schemas, set beliefs about "self" and "others" formed in childhood, permeate adults expectations and influence their perceptions, coloring their experiences. This is a very effective therapeutic modality helping adults and couples change self-defeating behavioral patterns - opening up to new possibilities.

The Weight Game
The Weight Loss Game is a structured program with cognitive exercises to change thought patterns (includes NLP - Neuro Linguistic Programming)and group hypnosis to reinforce on an unconscious level changes in habits, thinking, and to embed them in the unconscious mind. This program is called "Game" implying that weight loss can be a "fun" experience in an interactive group where members will be performing structured cognitive exercises in pairs or smaller groups and then sharing experiences in the larger group. This program requires a commitment to attend sessions consistently for the 12 week duration of the program's first phase.
