I specialize in helping people through difficult times, whether due to a loss, a life transition. or to challenging circumstances. It is in these times that we feel most afraid, lost, and unsure of the way forward. It is all too common that we cope with adversity by being hard on ourselves, withdrawing in shame, or disconnecting from what nourishes us. I will help you find the tools and skills within yourself to move forward and create a life in which you feel more connected to yourself and to others.
I will work with you to accept where you are now, find the strengths and skills you already have, and use them to climb out of your current state of unhappiness, guilt, or numbness, and toward more flexibility, joy, love, and gratitude. I use various techniques and modalities to achieve this with you, always keeping your goals in mind.
Finding the support you need right now is important to your healing journey. I offer a non-judgmental, compassionate perspective that focuses on reframing your experience, and providing relief from suffering in the moment. The experience of sadness and anxiety can often cause feelings of isolation and fear, but you don't have to go through it alone.
