Hello, I am Dr Sharon. I have 35 years of experience in helping people live happier lives. I would like to help you reach your goals in life. I can help reduce your anxiety, and depression, improve your relationship, or change careers. Let's get started! I work with people who have anxiety disorders, depression, relationship problems, ADHD, insomnia, job stressors, career change, divorce, veterans, military, and Christians, I decided to be a psychologist when I was 15 years old because everyone around me told me their problems. I realized that it was "my calling."
Each person is a unique individual. I take a thorough history and then let the client led me to where we need to go. I use cognitive therapy, behavioral therapy, and psychodynamic therapy as my major tools. Christian counseling is also available.
In my first session, I ask a lot of questions about you to get a good history. After that, I listen and let you lead the way with what you want to discuss, what goals you have, and how you want to get there. I can be directive if you need that.
