Many people come to therapy after trying for a long time to manage on their own. I founded Expedition Behavioral Health because I view therapy as a guided journey — one that helps you step from anxious or depressed survival mode toward stability, clarity, and renewed direction. I do not believe therapy is about judgment or fixing you — it’s about helping you process what you’ve been carrying and supporting your move toward healing and resilience.

The foundation for my approach is a master’s degree in psychology and advanced certifications in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and clinical trauma treatment. Other evidence-based approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma-Informed Stabilization to help calm the nervous system and restore a sense of safety and control.

Many people come to therapy unsure of what to expect or worried opening up might feel uncomfortable. Creating space where you feel safe and respected is very important to me.
