I am an experienced therapist specializing in relationships. I work with individuals who feel stuck in recurring conflict patterns with the people they want to feel closest to. Relationship challenges can trigger intense emotional reactions that feel overwhelming or out of control, or bring up experiences of hurt and betrayal that feel too painful to navigate alone.

I offer gentle guidance to explore and peel back the layers behind emotional triggers. Feelings such as irritation, rage, fear, sadness, and shame in relationships often connect to early life experiences we continue to carry. Together, we create space to understand and soften these patterns. We’ll work together to deepen intimacy and meaningful connection.
