About
Perhaps life just got very difficult, or maybe its been this way for a while, and you only now feel ready to seek out support. Either way, I am glad you found me. I believe people are resilient and can create change. I believe people can significantly improve their relationships with others and with themselves, and while that comes with hard work and commitment in therapy, it certainly is within reach.
I understand the family, not just the individual. When I look at a person I see the whole system and how it affects them and is affected by them, so whether I am helping a navigate family issues, relationship difficulties, or parenting and behavior management with kids, I am able to see the whole picture and use all that information in the treatment.
You deserve to reclaim happiness and balance in your life. You deserve to lead a life that makes you proud and fulfilled. Taking the first step might not be easy, but trust me when I say that you will be so thankful a year from now that you did. I look forward to getting started!
