I have been working as a therapist for 21 years and I am taking new clients. I provide assistance to people experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD, stress, and attachment issues. I use several frameworks that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Somatic Therapy, Shadow Work, and Internal Family Systems.
