I have over 22 years of experience in the mental health industry and I am passionate about working with clients from all different backgrounds and life paths.
In the first session, we will generally ease into things; getting to know one another and sharing relevant information, background, etc. Also, this will serve as a time for us to get some extensive details about family/medical history, and what issues at hand brought you into therapy.
I have a very collaborative approach to my therapy. Some of the techniques that I will utilize are Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Solution Focused therapy, Brief therapy, Narrative therapy, goal setting and Family systems.
