I bring more than 15 years of experience using a humanistic approach, working to help a diverse population of all ages to manage anger, insomnia, sadness, obsessions, emptiness and other conditions that plague modern existence.
Because I believe that the mind and body are inextricably bound in the healing process, my approach is both humanistic and holistic. I believe that psychotherapy can be life changing, that people suffering from the pains of life--personal loss, depressions, stress from relationships and work--can reorganize their inner lives and change their circumstances.
In my practice, I provide an atmosphere of kindness, respect and support--an atmosphere of non-judgement and deep listening. This environment serves clients with complex trauma especially well. In general, I strive to use all of my skills, focus and understanding to guide my clients to healing.
