Psychotherapy with me is a collaborative process that aims to alleviate personal suffering and expand one's capacity for flexible and creative expression of thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Our work together explores your present and past experience with an aim to enhance awareness of yourself, your relationships, and the emotional elements that impact your life. I believe that healing and change occur in a genuine therapy relationship that privileges curiosity, honesty and emotional experience.
I offer psychotherapy for adults who seek to address problems of living and relating. Distressing emotion, mood, anxiety, or effects of ADhD. Those who are facing life transitions. We will meet for 12 sessions to understand some ways this condition has affected your lives, share resources, learn skills, and explore both unique and shared struggles living with the conditions that make up a diagnosis of ADhD.
