She Rose is a small, ongoing therapy group for high-functioning women healing from divorce or emotional betrayal. Guided by my Dignity Mindset™ framework, this group offers a safe, intimate space to process pain, reclaim identity, and rise in truth. Limited to 2–4 participants, sessions are 60 minutes and held weekly. This is a therapist-led, support circle rooted in emotional depth, clarity, and dignity.
