Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you're navigating something as personal as an eating disorder, anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem. If you're feeling stuck, disconnected from yourself, or exhausted from the constant inner battle, you're not alone. And you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. I've been working with clients struggling with eating disorders, anxiety, and low self esteem for over a decade. These years have shown me how deeply courageous it is to seek help and how powerful the healing process can be when you feel safe, seen, and supported.
My approach is warm, encouraging, and rooted in genuine care. I strive to create a space that feels safe and free of judgment. A space where you can be your true self, even when things feel messy or uncertain. I tailor each session to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems(IFS), and Exposure Therapy.
