It's quite scary isn’t it, venturing the hope that you can face the challenges ahead, move past your insecurities, and heal from past experiences? It takes courage to begin the valuable and vulnerable journey of therapy. I am dedicated to providing a safe and brave space where you can gain tools, insight, and empowerment to discover your path toward fulfillment. I have 10+ years of experience working at the intersections of mental health, spirituality, and adolescent development, supporting teens, parents, and young adults. I am a passionate advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community and survivors of religious trauma.
My approach to counseling is grounded in empathy. I use an integrative model that includes CBT, DBT, Family Systems, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered approaches to help increase your sense of self-worth, explore your thoughts and feelings, challenge the behaviors that keep you stuck, and improve your awareness, communication, and relationships.
I firmly believe that life, emotions, hurt, self-discovery, and healing do not have to be navigated alone. Please contact me if you wish to explore how therapy can help you in your next steps toward wellness.
