I have over 25 years of experience successfully treating adults and late teens who struggle with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, alcohol and drug abuse, grief and loss, chronic illness, and divorce. I enjoy seeing couples for premarital counseling as well as working with parents of children of all ages around the challenges of parenting.
As an experienced group and workshop leader, I've led many training sessions on topics including stress management and communication. I've also provided training and consultation to businesses and universities on substance abuse.
