They might also be exploring identity — whether that’s sexuality, purpose, or how they want to show up in their relationships and in their life. Like them, you're ready for something deeper than just coping. Together, we focus on cultivating resilience, self-trust, and emotional well-being.
My approach is trauma-informed and mind-body based — which means we talk things through, but we also pay close attention to what’s happening in your whole system. That can include tuning into physical sensations, noticing patterns, and working with tools like EMDR to help process tough experiences and shift old emotional stuck points.
I specialize in supporting high-performing and creative individuals and I welcome people from all walks of life.
