I am a person-centered and psychodynamic based clinician who has been practicing for 15 years. I incorporate somatic, cognitive, visual art, mindfulness meditation interventions into sessions. I also offer a Reiki Mindfulness technique which can reduce stress and increase a sense of hope. Together we will work towards your goals!
