Clinical Social Work/Therapist, MSW, LICSW
*Please note this practice is currently full* Life can be unpredictable. People can be adaptive. But sometimes we can find ourselves stuck carrying profound experiences of anxiety, stress, loss, or ongoing sadness that do not seem to resolve. Psychotherapy is a collaborative process that supports your capacity to work out problems more effectively, deepen and strengthen relationships, and live more fully. The work may be long term, deep, and reflective or brief, directive, and solution focused. Helping you become more resilient and at ease is at the heart of our collaboration.
A combination of approaches are used as best fits your current needs. Areas of focus include anxiety, panic disorder, grief, life transitions, and existential issues. I am certified by the Institute for Meditation and Psychotherapy, and enjoy incorporating meditation techniques into practice to help soothe and support your well-being.
In addition to my private practice, I spent 5 years serving patients of the Psychiatric Specialties team at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and recently joined the team at Brigham and Women's Fish Center for Women’s Health. I bring over a decade in mental health expertise to my work.
