As a therapist, my goal is to walk with my clients on their journey towards healing through compassion, communication, and growth. My aim is to create a space of understanding, awareness, and change by establishing a trusting and caring relationship with individuals across the lifespan, from children to adults, to support them in reaching their goals.
My approach is integrative as I utilize CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based interventions focusing on a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional, behavioral difficulties, life transitions, parenting stress, relational and adjustment issues. As a bilingual therapist, I also provide therapy services both in English and Spanish. Hablemos!
