I can address anxiety at any point-feeling stuck and difficulty making decisions, pregnancy/parenting, a high stress job, a health diagnosis, the current political climate, feelings of failure, chaotic or anxious relationships, loss or trauma, or unexplained frequent worry. I can offer immediate skills and strategies and help get to the root of the issues.
For 15+ yrs, I've worked in schools, as a family therapist, and supervisor to other therapists. I have training in EMDR, the Gottman couples method, and perinatal mental health.
