We're familiar with physical core strength; I help CASIGYs develop Emotional Core Strength, become self-aware and able to express and get your emotional needs met, constructively and effectively. And when a CASIGY feels like a misfit who doesn't fit in, I help you see the hidden invitation to an Adventure of healing & growing.
Super-sensitivity, anxiety and depression are the most common issues CASIGYs bring to me. Next comes ADD or ADHD, relationship, parenting,and 2E concerns. I also help CASIGYs face adversity, such as illness, trauma, grief, and life transition. My clients tell me that they feel seen and heard, often for the first time. You deserve this experience, too.
