Welcome to Listening Hearts Counseling. I know that making the decision to begin therapy can be difficult, but choosing to do so shows incredible strength and a desire to invest in you. It manifests itself in various ways -- anxiety, depression, relationship problems, low self-esteem, addictive behaviors, or a pattern of poor choices. You have the power to grow to a place where painful events no longer control your life.
My passion is to work with those in transition, those with trauma, and those who are experiencing grief and loss of any kind. Whether you are experiencing emotional pain from past or recent events, I am here to collaborate with you to create a meaningful life that brings you happiness.
Using your strengths, we will determine where you are, where you want to be, and the best way for you to get there. In a safe environment of trust and respect, I will provide non-judgmental compassion, empathy, and insight to encourage positive development and self-empowerment.
