Hi, I’m Sharon! I am a Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and addiction/recovery. I understand that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re already carrying a lot, so I strive to make the process approachable and supportive from the start.
I take a person-centered, narrative approach to therapy, creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences and better understand their story. I believe each person is the expert of their own life, and I work collaboratively with clients to process challenges, build insight, and reconnect with their strengths.
