My approach is an individualized strengths-based approach including components of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy). I assist adolescents through end of life in achieving their goals.
For over 25 years, I have done work ranging from helping pregnant teens in navigating their difficult situations to counseling families through end-of-life issues and all matters in between. Simply I LOVE to help people and believe through therapy we can achieve your goals, resolve past issues, and improve your overall mental and emotional wellbeing.
