I founded New Leaf Professional Counseling to offer pychotherapy for adults working through emotional disturbances, with concentration on interpersonal relationships, overcoming trauma, sexual abuse/domestic violence and mental health disorders. My therapeutic approach encompasses an integration of theoretical orientations based on an individual's clinical needs. I incorporate strategies from cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, humanistic and existential therapies in order to offer individualized treatment.
My goal is to empower an individual by initiating change in their thoughts feelings or behaviors so that they can make healthier life choices; and finally begin the process of healing.
