In addition to psychotherapy, I am also a nutritionist and a Reiki and Shamanic practitioner. This unique combination allows me to embrace a mind-body-spirit philosophy within my practice. I believe the best healing occurs through a holistic and integrative approach, achieving wellness through emotional, nutritional, physical, and spiritual aspects of life. I also believe successful therapy requires mutual trust, respect, and acceptance; I bring these important qualities into our working relationship. I enjoy working with people of all walks of life, including teens, individuals, couples, groups, corporations, and community. My specialties include anxiety/stress, depression, emotional and disordered eating, grief and loss, phase of life changes, spiritual support, trauma and weight management.
I welcome combining psychotherapy, nutrition, energy, and shamanic work when appropriate for a client. I use highly successful CIMBS and Lifespan Integration to release pre-/nonverbally stored trauma, and other equally effective tools to release overshadowing negative thoughts, belief systems, and energies from your body.
