In our work together, I hope to offer a space to slow down, explore the complexities of your story, and better understand the experiences that have shaped who you are today. While taking the first step toward healing and rediscovering yourself can feel overwhelming, it can also become the beginning of a meaningful journey toward self-awareness and acceptance.

With my clients, I work from a trauma-focused lens with my clients to promote safety and empowerment. I utilize psychodynamic theory, CBT, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). In our work together, In our work together, we will emphasize holistic self-care and approach therapy with a strength-based perspective.

I am here to support you on your journey of healing and restoration. My goal is for our sessions to be a collaborative process, where we work together to create meaningful change that nurtures and strengthens your authentic self.
