About
Are you ready for a change but just feel stuck? If so let me support you. I have over 20 years of experience supporting clients around issues of stress, anxiety and depression. My primary focus is helping individuals overcome obstacles that impact and prevent them from reaching their optimal level of health and well-being. As someone who has overcome struggles with weight and self-esteem issues I understand all too well the intersection of mental health and physical health. If you are ready for me to join you on the next step of your journey contact me. I am dedicated to helping others live the life I know they can have and deserve.
Additional Specialties are in the areas of women's issues; relationship issues, weight management, workplace stress, and ADHD. My approach to therapy is using cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), mindfulness practices along with other treatment modalities.
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor and provide Supervision to LCMHCAs. I am the owner of The Fit Talk PLLC and also offer health coaching, walk and talk therapy and group therapy services. To learn more about Sharon and services offered visit thefittalk.com
