I focus on working with attachment issues, grief and loss, trauma and addictions. I incorporate mindfulness and relaxation exercises to assist with stress management and self-regulation. I am honored by my clients' trust during the path to transformation, as we explore additional options beyond talk-therapy and, together, creating new experiences.
