Life has always been tough but let's face it - the last few years have been especially hard. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am here to help you work through whatever is holding you back, stressing you out, making you afraid or breaking your heart. I can promise you a judgement free environment in which to talk about your struggles and a strong commitment to helping you develop the skills to work through and overcome them.
I work with adults of all ages using a variety of approaches designed to fit each person's needs. I enjoy working with both individuals and couples and have a particular interest in the relationships that hold us together and tear us apart.
I am currently accepting new clients on-line and in person at My Spectrum Counseling and Coaching near Midlothian, Virginia.
