If you know what the problem is, it can be more helpful to solve. We use that philosophy in Brief Therapy, which can be effective for busy, active families and marriages in crises.
I specialize in Marriage and Family Therapy. What that really means is that I specialize in relationships. That relationship can be with yourself, your significant other, your children, your family and even your work environment. These relationships can potentially have a negative effect if they aren't in balance.
