By the end of each session, I aim to help you feel you've learned something about yourself or your relationships, and that you're leaving with new approaches or ideas to try in your life. I work with individuals, women, men, young adults, and parents, offering support, skills and insight to navigate life transitions and relationships.
I believe in your ability to make the changes you want to live a more satisfying, connected and even joyful life—and I will help you to do just that. In our work together, I draw upon IFS /parts work, attachment-based approaches, mindfulness, self-compassion, Flash EMDR, and relevant neuroscience, as well as emotionally-focused therapy for couples.
