We start with the science. My primary approaches update EMDR with more safety around trauma. We'll "wire in" wellbeing where you currently hold fears, sadness, anxiety, and self-judgment. Not a behavioral change to "remember," this is a self-reinforcing synaptic change. It just "happens." Clients often lose, or even forget, triggers. Life becomes easier.
And science leads to the sacred. Healthy wiring more easily attunes to the measurable energy of our bodies. I'll help you consciously perceive and manage this to heal most deeply and sustainably.
I'm also a mom of older teens, full of practicality, perspective, and humor.
