I'll help you create a vision of yourself in the future, including identifying changes in how you are thinking, feeling, and acting. Then, we'll start to explore how your thoughts hold you back and how attempts to control feelings might be controlling you instead!
Last details that might help you know if we're a match: I love a good metaphor. For me, those come from fantasy novels, art, gardening, board games, outdoor activities, and dog training. Let me know your passions and we'll find your own metaphors!
