Personal development involves mental, physical, social, emotional, and spiritual growth that allows a person to live a productive and satisfying life. It involves the growth and enhancement of all aspects of a person. Which includes the development of positive life skills and the development of a realistic and healthy self-esteem. The emphasis of the group is on the personal and spiritual growth of members. You are much more valuable than you may even realize.
