Whether it's your 1st time seeking psychotherapy or your 15th, I'm committed to gaining a deep understanding of you and exploring with you the changes you'd like to make in your life. If you're interested in reducing or eliminating anxiety, panic, depression, the impact of past trauma or some other type of suffering, I will explore with you the underlying reasons for these symptoms and collaborate with you to help you on your way to becoming your best you.

I work with young adults, adults and older adults individually. I also frequently offer group psychotherapy options. My integrative approach brings together relational psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). EMDR is a transformative experiential trauma processing type of psychotherapy that I'm very passionate about.

I strive to be a warm and compassionate listener, interactive and engaging partner, and a supportive and challenging guide. I believe in looking at every individual from a holistic perspective. I would love to meet with you and come up with a personalized plan of healing for your well-being.
