As a therapist, I have spent over twenty years working with individuals, couples, and families during times when life feels stressful or unsteady. I have consistently found that beneath conflict, anxiety, and disconnection lies a deep desire to feel understood, valued, and loved. I hold this belief at the center of my therapeutic work.
My approach is warm and relational, yet direct. I help clients address difficult topics, untangle patterns that no longer serve them, and rebuild trust in themselves and one another. Therapy with me is active and collaborative, grounded in both compassion and accountability.
Trained in couples therapy, EMDR, and other trauma-informed approaches, I help clients gently process past experiences that continue to impact or interfere with their present relationships.
